MEDFONE, Inc. Chosen by North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System as Call Center Service Provider

MEDFONE, Inc., announced today that it has been selected by the North Shore-Long Island Jewish (LIJ) Health System, the nation’s third largest, non-profit, secular healthcare system, to provide Call Center services for their faculty practice offices and affiliated sites. This agreement will enable medical practices and affiliates to utilize
MEDFONE’s Call Center services for physician answering services, call overflow, remote reception, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and confirmations, and customized outbound calling programs.
