MEDFONE Holds Car Wash to Benefit the Victims of Hurricane Katrina

MEDFONE, Inc. recently held a car wash at their Wantagh, NY facility to help raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. With the support of several local businesses, MEDFONE is pleased to report that they raised over $1,000 at this daylong charity event. The donations collected will be sent to the American Red Cross to continue their relief efforts in the Gulf Coast region.

“We are proud to be able to help and hope our contribution will make a difference to the victims of this terrible disaster,” said MEDFONE President Jay Moses. “I am especially proud of our MEDFONE team for donating their time and efforts so selflessly to help others in need.”

MEDFONE has been overwhelmed by the support received from the community to help them do their part to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina rebuild their lives and their homes in the aftermath of such a catastrophic event.
