A pharmaceutical company filed for bankruptcy protection in September 2001. As part of their bankruptcy protection plan, they sold their customer prescription files to a major supermarket/pharmacy in the Northeast during the liquidation process. Ensuring that patients were able to get their needed medications without disruption was of primary importance. Over 100,000 customers needed to be contacted immediately to be informed about the location changes of their prescriptions.


MEDFONE immediately created a customized live agent outbound calling campaign. Additionally, in order to accomplish this massive task, MEDFONE had to profile and recruit extra agents for the project. The script and training of all the agents chosen to work on the project was completed in less than 48 hours.
