Sales Representatives (Metro NY, Raleigh/Durham, NC Areas)

MEDFONE seeks talented individuals with proven experience selling services or products to both the hospital network, faculty practice and small and large group medical practice segments of the healthcare industry.  This assertive individual will sell MEDFONE's line-up of Call Center solutions and services using their operational, technical and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying our solutions to meet their needs.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

- Minimum two years sales and business development experience selling services and/or products in the healthcare industry (specifically in the hospital and medical practice areas)

-  Proven ability to self-generate new business

-  Meet and exceed sales quota requirements

-  Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills

-  Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

-  Proficient computer skills

-  Ability to establish good working relationships

-  Professional attitude and appearance

-  Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis, and out of territory as needed for sales,         conference and trade show meetings

-  BS/BA degree preferred

Customer Service Reps Part-time/Full-time

MEDFONE is growing again. We are looking for energetic individuals to provide world class customer service. Must be articulate with a professional speaking voice and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Healthcare and/or customer service experience a must. All shifts available. Weekend and holiday availability a must. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
