When you become a Medfone client all of your call center needs will be analyzed to provide you with the best options for your business. Based on this information a plan will be developed to meet your unique demands and a team of agents will be screened, hired and trained to work specifically for your needs. These agents receive general telephone training for at least 60 hours followed by additional training dealing with your particular program and business. There is also ongoing monitoring and feedback, to ensure high quality service for your company and your customers.

Each team is assigned a supervisor -- a person who will be your company's dedicated account manager.
