When you become a Medfone client all of your call center needs will be analyzed and a customized program will be created just for your business. Based on this information a plan will be developed to meet the unique demands of your business and a team of agents will be screened, hired and trained to work specifically for you. These agents receive general telephone training for at least 60 hours followed by additional training dealing with your particular program and business. There is also ongoing monitoring and feedback, to ensure high quality service for your company and your customers.

Each team is assigned a supervisor -- a person who will be your company's dedicated account manager for your project. This person's job is to maintain, manage, and monitor the program, ensuring that it goes smoothly day after day. Should problems arise he or she will be immediately involved to resolve the issues.
